Gateway connectivity issue

My enterprise gateway is for some reason not connecting to my dataset.  I confirmed that all sources are match up between my gateway and my dashboard. This isn't the same issue as when I have the sources wrong/unaccounted for in the gateway, as all gateway options in that case are usually grayed out.  In this case, the option for our enterprise data gateway just seems to have been loading all day and not allowing the option to connect.  Any help you can provide is appreciated.

Which on-premise data gateway version did you run? Please make sure gateway is online. 

Which data sources did this dataset get data from? 

Please share detail information for us to reproduce the issue.

 14.16.6464.1--Confirmed it's online

Which data sources did this dataset get data from? 

 = Excel.Workbook(Web.Contents("<url>"), null, true)--Categorized as Web in the gateway

= SharePoint.Tables("<url>", [ApiVersion = 15])--Categorized as Sharepoint in the gateway
