Formula Bar missing on measures created before August update in Power BI Desktop

When selecting an old measure, created before the last Power BI update, Measure Tools are not opened and no Formula Bar for this measure will be shown. Furthermore the measure can not be used in other calculations anymore. The symbol for measures is still shown next to the name of the measure. Due to this these measures can not be used for further calculations and can not be edited or viewed.

This is not the case with newly created measures, these work normally. Measure Tools are opened and the formula bar is shown.

This happens in the Report designer of Power BI Desktop.

The latest version of Power BI Desktop works fine for me. You may also create a support ticket for assistance if necessary.

I am also using the latest version.

It is not possible to select the country while creating a support ticket, so I am unable to actually send it. This problem existed for me and my colleagues.

This is still a problem in 2022. Are we supposed to rewrite the whole projects from scratch that were built a few years ago?
