Filter settings no longer saved on newly published reports

Since the Feb release we have noticed any newly published reports are forgetting the filter settings and the reset to default option is not appearing. Still working on reports published before the new release.

I tried the latest version to publish a report and it seems to work fine for me.

I still have this issue, working with the November 2021 release of PowerBI.  

I set the filter pane settings and when publishing the report the filter pane has no filters applied. 

Can you please provide an update on this issue @v-chuncz-msft ?
