Filled Map display Taiwan over mainland China when hover over by end user in China

An employee in China shared that when they hovered over China on the filled map visual in the power bi service that instead of showing "China" it shows "Taiwan"

When we swapped the visual to a bubble chart, without making any other changes, the hover-over for mainland china shows "China"

Is this a known issue?

Unfortunately,  I can't reproduce your issue. Filled map works fine on my Power BI. My service version is 13.0.19315.45 and Desktop version is 2.109.1021.0 64-bit (September 2022).

I think this problem might be related to your tooltip. Please check tooltips are set correctly.

I think this problem might be related to your tooltip. Please check tooltips are set correctly.
