Feb version causes an issue with pop up windows being cut off

I have googled and there is no known solution.  Is a patch coming soon?

Will there be more emphasis placed on testing going forward? Each release seems to have a key issue that is found. I know the benefits of being agile, but not at the expense of quality or consistency.
