Favorited reports are disappearing from the Home Page

As of July 1st, our users are reporting that their favorited reports are no longer showing on the Home Page.

• The Favorite section is still visible but blank.
• The locations of the reports/workspaces have not changed.
• Subscriptions still work via email.
• This has been reported by approximately 25 people within our company.

Hi @Thackeb ,

Could not reproduce it in my side as far as my test. Did the reports or dashboards still in the Favorites tab when it disappeared in the Home page section?

Consider whether browsers could cause this issue, try to change different browsers to check whether it works.
