Refreshes failed today, embedding failed, and publishing to power bi also failed. Below is the screenshot of the publishing failure and we are getting a 403 (Forbidden) error when embedding. I believe there may be something going on with our premium node.

This should be specific to your premium node. I suggest you to create a support ticket at http://support.powerbi.com (see bottom of page).
