Failed to use the selected gateway

I am trying to set up a personal gateway to publish a Power BI report to my workspace. Every time I try to apply using the gateway I get the following message:

It seems a frequent issue after I searched for it. Is there any known solution for it?

Hi @Nasermo 

You need to make sure whether your data source support personal gateway . 

You can carefully refer to the official documentation below and then determine if it is appropriate to use personal gateway.
