Failed to publish a new application or update an app already published

Hi, I could not updated the application in test and production. I tried to unpublish and publish a new application using the workspace test and I have the same issue

Below the error:

This issue has been identified by the Product group and fix for it has started to be deployed into the product environment. Currently, the scheduled date for west Europe clusters is 8/12. Please be patient for the fix. Thanks for your understanding!
