Failed to load report Error on Web Service and Local PBIX

Any help would be appriceated, have never ran into this problem before

Users of a dashboard reported a error message when trying to view dashboard on web service 'Unable to load report'.

I saw the issue as well on web service but I had the PBIX opened up on my desktop cliet at the time and I was able to republish and refresh data fine. 

However, I saved and closed PBIX, restarted my computer (For lag reasons) and when I attempted to reopen PBIX I am now getting an error there as well 'Failed to load the report' (See error message in bold) I get this error even trying to recover old versions.Error on web clienterror on PBIX (Desktop client)

Hi  @Bgonz ,

Based on your description it seems that the original file was corrupted, have you tried renaming the file from Power BI Desktop and then publishing it again to see if it opens properly?
