Export to PDF/PowerPoint Not working for End-users

Hi, it seems that my users in the Power Bi Online service are having trouble exporting the data to PDF. The PDF will always show the default values, and ignores all filters, slicers and selections the users have made. I've asked them about the Current values/default values menu, and I saw they are using it the correct way.

 

We are using the "old" workspaces, and the issue is both in Google Chrome and Internet Explorer.  

 

Is there something wrong in Power Bi, or do I have to change something in the admin settings?

    Hi Anonymous, 

     

    Does the issue happen to one specific report or all reports?

     

    I tested on my side, after the user select the desired slicer value then export the report to PDF/PowerPoint with current values, the exported PDF/PowerPoint shows expected result. I would suggest you test again.

    Thanks for your reply.

    As far as I know it (still) happends with at least 2 reports in the same workspace. Most reports aren't being exported anyway, but I can look into the other reports and do some testing

    Did you find a solution to this?  I have an end user who is using a filter in a report in the PowerBI Service but when they export to pdf, the filter is not applied.  It was working correctly a few weeks ago for them.

    I tested again today but still not able to reproduce the issue. Please test again, if the issue still occurs, I would suggest you create a support ticket to let engineers look into the issue on your side.
