Export pdf and powepoint fails from pbi service

Hi

when i signon with memeber account, all it works good

when i signon with viewer account, pdf and ppt export fails

That works fine for me. You may check Export and sharing settings.

I see that, 

but the problem is that whan i use my organization account, all it works good

when i use an external guest account like ....@gmail.com all it works good

but whe i use an extenal provider account like that (an external ipv account), dont work
