Hi,
We are embedding reports into our platform.
While using Chrome, we can export data from any table of charts displayed in our reports.
However, if a user is using Mozilla Firefox, he will not be able to export is data. Yet, he will have the following message ("Successful export") but the file was never downloaded.
I could not find any information/solution about this, and I hope it can be fixed soon as some users are complaining.
Thanks!

Hi @Wakeo
It's possible that Mozilla Firefox is blocking the exported file, which prevents it from downloading properly. You can check the settings of Mozilla Firefox to see if it is blocking the files.
