from today it is impossible to access reports with this error message:

What worked yesterday and for years, doesn't work today.
please fix!

Hi @mookje77 

Can you access your reports on Service normally now ? I have not seen a similar known issue so far . If you have been able to access it normally, please reply to me. If not, please provide more detailed information for reference.

The same problem is being talked about in the following post on the "Service" forum. People are discussing the issue and trying to find out what the cause is and if they can resolve it. You should find more information regarding the issue there.
