Excel don't connect with Power BI

Some people in my company are having trouble updating Power BI data through excel, for no apparent reason users lose data access, and when they try to connect they get a connection error message.

All users are able to access the data through the browser, but they are not able to access through excel, PBI Publisher is updated, but users receive numerous screens asking for login, but nothing happens, many employees with this problem.

Has anyone else had this problem?

I couldnt have a repro for this issue. need more information about this error.
