Since the April 2024 Update I am encountering the same issue.
Our Users cant connect to a dataset with PowerBI Desktop but in the service everthing works fine.
No changes have been made to the dataset...
The problem only occurs with a dataset that is in a personal workspace. But before the April update it worked.
Have there been any updates or changes with the april version?
