After publishing a report, I try to set up a refresh schedule, and I receive the error below:
"Failed to load data sources. Please try again later."
I am using an on-premises gateway (personal mode).

Same problem with python script and personal gateway. Hope they fix soon
any updates on this issues. using python as data source. unable to create data source. Personal Gateway is online.

I have several users with the same error and all of them are connecting to a Netezza source using the Netezza connector (ODBC one seems to be running fine)Any idea when can we expect a fix or a workaround?
Issue has been fixed on my end. Gateway refresh is now working and I didn't make any changes.
