Error message when try to download report + dataset in Workspace

Hi There!

I tried download a dashboard with it dataset but it's not possible because show a messagem below.

It is another way to download it?

Hi @malmeida ,

You may try:

1. In the service > dataset > Settings, expand Large dataset storage format, please check if the option is turned on.
   
2. In the workspace, click Settings > Premium.
3. In Default storage format, please check whether the large dataset storage format is set as the default storage format.

When using large datasets, if a dataset is stored on Premium Files, downloading as a .pbix file will fail.
