Error in Gateway

I am receiving this gateway error :

[DM.GatewayCore] Extended automatic cancellation for spooled operation 34ba95a1-xxxx-4845-xxxx-cb2882515332 from StreamAsync

 

What's the reason for such kind of errors? What's the solution?

Hi @unnati,

 

It seems the error message you shared is from on-premise data gateway log file. If the issue occurs on Power BI service, there should be a error message and RequestID and ClusterURI, please share these information for us. 

 

By the way, does the issue occur when you refresh the dataset on Power BI service?

This occurs when I schedule refresh data through Gateway. Although when I refresh the data manually on desktop PBI, it works fine.
