Error getting value from 'CanDelete' on 'Microsoft.PowerBI.modeling.Engine.DataModel.Table'

I have a composite model, Direct Query for Power BI datasets. When I created it with Desktop May version, everything worked fine. After I upgraded to October version, I started getting error "Sequence has no elements" when trying to refresh.  The same error still occurred after upgrading to latest Desktop version.

There has been changes to the datasets this model is using and suddenly the sequence error disappeared but now I am getting another error "Error getting value from 'CanDelete' on 'Microsoft.PowerBI.modeling.Engine.DataModel.Table'". This error shows up everytime I open the Desktop file but after closing the error window, I don't see any errors or issues in the model. I can also refresh the datasets the model is using. But the error makes me suspicious of course and I would like to find the root cause and fix the error.

Feedback Type:
Frown (Error)

Error Message:
Error getting value from 'CanDelete' on 'Microsoft.PowerBI.Modeling.Engine.DataModel.Table'.
