Error connecting to quickbooks online

Hello,

I'm trying to get data from my quickbooks online account.

While doing so I get this error :

I try to connect to that data source from time to time since a couple of weeks.

Hi @ngombert,

When did this error throws out, get data from the QuickBooks online content pack or in desktop? If it happens when getting data from the content pack, please use QuickBooks online connector in latest desktop then publish to the service.

Have you tried QuickBooks (online) connector in desktop? Can you get data successfully in desktop?

During the time that you get data from the QuickBooks content pack, would you please use Fiddler to capture the trace and share .saz file here.

Hi there,

I didn't take time to trace a sessions with fiddler yet but I did try to connect via the desktop app.

It seems that the problem comes from specific tables :

- DataTables

- GeneralLedger

- GeneralLedger-Accrual

- GeneralLedger-Cash

- VendorCredit (unknown error)

I guess that the content pack try to load all tables and then get errors from theses.

I'll take some time tomorrow to install fiddler and export a session while loading these tables.
