Error connecting Power BI Cloud to JIRA

I'm getting an error message when trying to connect to JIRA from the cloud, below is the error message I was asked to report:

Are you using on Premises JIRA or the cloud service? Currently the content pack will work only with the cloud version.

I’m still not be able to repro the same issue as you. It seems that your issue is account specific. You will need to create a support ticket at http://support.powerbi.com
