Error between report and pinned dashboard

I have a 'between date' field on my report, but when this is pinned to a dashboard the function isnt displaying correctly. I have tried deleting tiels and pinning the back as well as a new dashboard but the same error occurs. Any ideas on how to resolve?

Hi,

As far as I’m concerned, we can’t pin a slicer as the tile on the dashboard, which is mentioned in the official document as a limitation. What’s more, you should understand that the tiles within one dashboard are unable to have interacted so it will be meaningless if you pin a slicer as a tile in the dashboard. You can try to pin a live page instead of tiles.

Hi,

I have experienced the same problem. I have a report with two slicers, one to filter dates and other one to filter character strings.

When I pin the report on the dashboard, both slicers are working, but when I access the dashboard once again, the slicer that filters dates doesn't work.

I understand that a slicer does not work on a dashboard if it is added as a tile; but, it works if yo pin an entire report pages as a live tile.

My report was working fine, but a few days ago it has this strange behavior when I use 'between dates'.

Any ideas on how to resolve?
