Error - The '31748' locale is not supported

I save my power bi file to report server.Sometimes it showed "Couldn't load the data for this visual.The '31748' locale is not supported.".

If i reopen the power bi file,it will be fine.  

I had more than ten power bi file,but only one of them was error.

Please try to update Power BI report server to the latest version 15.0.1102.620 then test again.
