Hi @Isvasilva ,

Uninstall the Microsoft Store version of Power BI and install the single installer from the Microsoft Power BI page. Additionally, try running Power BI Desktop as an administrator.
Then clearing the Power BI cache can sometimes resolve this issue.
Ensure that Microsoft Edge WebView2 is properly installed and updated, as this can sometimes cause issues with Power BI Desktop.
