Error Accessing Usage Metrics Reports in Power BI Service

When attempting to access the default Usage Metrics Reports in Power BI Service, we are receiving the following error, across all workspaces: 

 

"Something went wrong 

 

We're having trouble loading usage metrics right now.

 

Please try again later or contact support.  If you contact support, please provide these details."

 

From independently querying the Usage Metrics Report semantic models we can see that the models are being refreshed with new data.  But we are unable to access the metrics report itself.
