Error -2147467259

Hello community

 

When we connect to an api and reload through Power BI Desktop, the reload is carried out without problems. But doing the same step and reloading in the Power BI service gives this error: -2147467259

 

We have verified that the gateway is configured correctly.

 

We need help to solve this difficulty.

This is acknowledged as an issue. We have reported the issue and submitted it to the internal icm platform. Engineers will do their best to resolve the issue. I will update you here if there is any progress , please be patient.
