Enterprise Gateway API to retrieve a last used date for a connection

We manage 100's of Enterprise Gateway connections and have no idea which ones are still used.  We can retrieve the connection status through the Get Datasource Status API and delete those with disconnected connections.  However for connections that are still connected, we have no way to programmatically determine the last time it was utilized.  It is not feasible to individually reach out to that many users on-going, from a governance standpoint.  Also, we do not want to delete a connection without backing data.

Hi  @MHald

Currently, the only way to determine if a gateway is in use is by the state of the gateway. I checked the Power Platform admin center platform as well as the REST API and there is no option to get the last use date used to retrieve the connection.

Power Platform admin center (microsoft.com)

You can vote the idea and comment there to improve this feature. It is a place for customers provide feedback about Microsoft Office products . Whats more, if a feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.
