ERROR: Unable to connect to the remote server

Hi, 

I've got data model, which use as source dataflows. 

When I try to refresh Data model, i've got a error

Unable to connect to the remote server

I tried refresh in Power Query and get another Error:

DataSource.Error: Unable to connect to the remote server
Details:
    https://api.powerbi.com/powerbi/globalservice/v201606/clusterdetails

@v-chuncz-msft I'm not understood where I could find any news about that problem. 

Especialy I confused, because this problem just only on one of three my different accounts.
