When using cross report drill through in the app if the list is long enough then the top becomes hidden behind the browser address bar. Scroll bars are visible but items at the top of the list are not accessible. The maximum size and position needs to be constrained to keep it within the visible browser window.

Yes it is the list of pages that can be drilled through, once the list size is too long the iitems at top or bottom are not accessible.
