Drill Through not working on hidden visuals

In my Power BI report, I have an overview page where I select a drill through to a details page 

On the Campaign Details page, I have a chart visual and a matrix visual which are displayed/hidden by using a button click. The first visual that is displayed on the "Campaign Details" page accurately dispays the filtered values

However when I click the chart button to dynamically show the matrix details, it is filtered wrongly. 

The correct filters are applied to whichever visual that is displayed first on the "Campaign Details" page but not to whichever is hidden.

I am unable to attach the .pbix file, it says file type not supported

Please Help!!!

Can you explain "The correct filters are applied to whichever visual that is displayed first on the "Campaign Details" page but not to whichever is hidden." in detail ? Or can you provide a screenshot of the effect you need?

I would like it when I toggle between the chart and matrix visuals on the "Campaign Details" page for the filters chosen on the "Overview" page to be maintained.

Hey oogundipe! Check the settings of your bookmark. According to your explanation, the "Data" option should be unpicked. I've tried with your sample and it's working right now (check the gif).
