Drag and Drop no longer works for Table field well

I can no longer drag and drop fields within the field well of the table visual. Once a field is selected, I can no longer change the order of the fields. Also, switching from table to Matrix visual no longer changes the data options.

It seems that if I create the visuals from scratch, I don't encounter these issues. Originally I copied an existing table visual and tried to use it as the starting point for a modified table.
