As shown in the figure, this is the same report in the online environment. The results I see are correct, but the results seen by Rudeus are different. Is it because there are different Settings for each user? Is there any way to display the same results

There are many reasons why the same report shows different results. If your report uses features like RLS or bookmark. Then different accounts logging in will show different results. You need to compare the different results and find out where the differences are and then determine if there is some filtering applied in the report or RLS as I mentioned.
