Delay in receiving Power BI email

In Brazil, we are not receiving emails for Power BI reports.

When some arrived, they were more than 1 hour late.

Hi  @Danielveloso 

Are you set up to send emails via subscription or via Power automate? Can you provide us with your settings? Is this your first time using this email sending feature?
