Datamart status code 400. Unable to refresh Datamart

Hello,

 

Hoping to get a solution/fix for my datamart that is locked up after loading a query on updated data. This has happened before and normally fixes itself but has been several hours with the issue persisting.

This is acknowledged as an issue.

We have reported the issue and submitted it to the internal icm platform, No:342833267 . Engineers will do their best to resolve the issue. I will update you here if there is any progress , please be patient.

Hello, 

 

Unsure why this was marked as fixed as the datamart is still broken. I have tried just deleting it but I am unable to do so. Would really just like it deleted at this point...

We are also having this same error  after creating a new datamart.   We are unable to load the model and after spinning for a time we get this error.    It is not able to refresh either.
