Datamart Model View not loading sporadically and can't create new measures sporadically

As title suggest, in the datamart preview features, about 70% of the time when I load into the datamart, if i click model view, any existing tables will be missing and or if they do appear their relationships will not be there. This occours across multiple workspaces and multiple datamarts. 

Similarly, with creating a new measure, when I click new measure, nothing happens, no matter if i am in model view or Table view and does not matter if I have a table selected or dont have a table selected. I can try to refresh or exit the datamart and re-enter but no luck. It works maybe 1 in 20. Sometimes works if I do a refresh on the datamart or clear browsing data but unsure if thats just luck or actually helps.

Both issues occur in both Chrome and Edge

Hi @Wilsonjr ,

What data source are you using ? Is your other datamart working properly? According to your description, this is an intermittent problem? There are times when it works properly sometimes not ?

Data source is an Oracle Sql Server.

The datamarts are working properly other then the listed issue. As far as the issue happening, it's a pretty constant issue for all datamarts. Most days if i try to load into the model in datamart it take 3 to 4 times of me backing out then re entering for the model to load. Everyonce in awhile it will load first try to that is very rare. Does that make sense?
