Dataflow table is 'pending validation' and newly added columns aren't available

I just added a new data source to my dataflow. The new columns this was supposed to add to a table I use in a connected report aren't available (or in a new report connected to the same data set) even after I refresh the dataflow & data set.

Also, nothing is populating in the Power App visualization I added to the report (although if I click the ellipsis on the visualization and choose edit, I see the appropriate information populating in Power Apps itself).

Simliar issue has been submited internal(ICM: 259091211, 259135336), the ETA from PQO should be 9/8/2021.
