Dataflow refresh intermittently fails with "Internal Error"

Since yesterday, we are getting regular failed data refreshes in Power BI Dataflows, in different customer tenants. The error is "Error: Internal error" with no further explanatory information. The same dataflow refreshed correctly last night, but today the "Internal Error" happens again.

This happens in multiple customer tenants, even with the simplest dataflows without external data sources. The complexity of the dataflows are therefore not the cause. All tenants are in the West Europe region (Netherlands).

Do other people notice this too?

This happens in different dataflows in different customers tenants.

The refresh has been failed in dataflow with these datasource (varies per datafow):

- Azure SQL database

- Web data source

- Excel file on sharepoint

- Just power query code without external datasource

But good to mention that the same dataflows are refreshing well on another scheduled times. 

This is an example of a dataflow containing datasources Azure SQL and Sharepoint. This refresh was failed on a table from Azuire SQL. But others are failed on other tables. Even on tables without external data source.
