Data on Power BI desktop is not refreshing

Hello,

I am uploading data to a dataflow on the Power BI online version but I am not receiving the new data on my desktop version. I saved & ran the Power Query and the validation says that it succeeded. When I refreshed the desktop version I was missing the new queries that I added and it still included some old columns that I have since deleted. I am not sure why the data is not updating. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Update I looked at the refresh history log and saw that the recent refreshes had actually failed due to code 104100. Does anybody know what causes this and how to fix it.
