Data labels do not work online in stacked column chart

My data labels are not the same in the desktop version and online.

I have created stacked colums chart with custom data labels Count Aggregation.

The labels work as expected in my Desktop version. The proper total numbers for each group at each time point are shown.

However, when my report gets pushed online, the label reverts to somesort of a default. Now instead of the aggregation (counts for each group), my visual displays distribution (%). The percentage is accurate and tooltips show both absolute number and percentage when I hoover over each column.

I have fiddled with different settings and arrived at the same dead end. It is essential for to show absolute numbers.

Thank you.

Hi @spylawka_genbio ,

We got feedback from PG:

We've identified the root cause of the issue and are currently developing a fix to address it across different versions.

For workaround, you may activat a "detail" label for the problematic series without adding a custom label to the input.

Best regards.
