Data label font color is not changing on PIE or donut visual

I am trying to change the data label font color at Pie and Donut charts. I am unable to change this.

After many tries, I found one workaround, change the visual type to bar char change the data label font color, and convert it back to PIE or donut.

Please Microsoft solve this issue.

This problem still continues.. I was able to manage by changing the chart type to funnel, making arrangments and rechanging the type to donut.

i had a bar chart so went to Pie and changed labels 

then back to bar

not resolved... I still hvae the issue can't change Pie or Donut color from grey to any other.

How is this still a thing??? Thanks for the workaround, I can't beleive this issue is over a year old. Come on Microsoft, this is just silly.

It's november 2023 and I still have this issue. Please do something. 

Microsoft is constantly adding new bugged features instead of making old work.

Hello guys,

Same problem happens with PBI Version: 2.127.1327.0 64-bit (March 2024).

Fortunately workaround posted previously works as expected!

Change with bar chart -> change detail labels Values Color -> Change back to Donut chart

I have to mention this is happening because I am using multiple measures in the Values field.
