Data graph are messed up and some graphs disappear after Refresh

Hi all,

 

 

Need your help.This issue is becoming a big trouble for my organization.

 

 

Once graph is published and after auto Refresh,I am losing some graph (entirely dissapears) and data is a mess(For example instead True of False legends for a specific graph,I see a 0 and -1 value).

 

 

I have a Pro account and using Sharepoint list as data sources.

Does this issue happen in PBI Desktop after click refresh manually? Does this issue happen to other reports or just this report in PBI Service?

If it only happens to this specific report, I suggest to create a support ticket at http://support.powerbi.com (see bottom of page).

We have found the problem. The columns associated to the problematic graphs are Boolean(TRUE/FALSE),I was leaving it as Datatype=Any,so PowerBI was doing an internal conversion,messing up everything. I have changed the column datatype on Dataset and now everything seems to be working fine.I am going to run some tests from now until next Monday with Production environment and let you know Thanks, Jorge
