Data Flows Error: "DataSource.Error: The remote name could not be resolved: 'api.powerbi.com' "

I'm getting the following error when trying to connect to a Power BI Dataflow in Power Query on Power BI Desktop. 

The issue started last week after having this dataflow connection work properly before April 22nd. 

DataSource.Error: The remote name could not be resolved: 'api.powerbi.com'
Details:
https://api.powerbi.com/powerbi/globalservice/v201606/clusterdetails

Not much can be gleaned from this error message aside from the link, which doesn't go anywhere. 

I think this may have something to do with the overall errors happening over the last 5 days through Power BI and Power Platform Dataflows connectors. 

Any help will be appreciated.

That works fine for me. Try to clear permissions in data source settings.

Not sure what produces it, sometimes I get the error, some times not.
