Dashboard is empty

When sharing a dashboard, the user receives an email with a link to the dashboard. The user can access the dashboards, but he can only see the heading and the Q&A field. Other than that everything is blank /empty.

Both has a Power BI Pro trial.

What's wrong? Thanks!

Hi @Stustu,

Please refer to this thread for details. This is because of this feature of external sharing. The solutions are:

1. Grant the external user a pro license, OR

2. The external user purchase a pro license. (Not Pro trail)
