Dashboard blanked after refreshing

Hi guys! As a newbie, this is my first question.

I updated the source (an Excel file), nothing new in this one, just  usual data update.

I went to the BI (in the Server,not web) to update, and after click on "refresh", everything seemed works well, but when it finished, the dashboad was totally blanked. All the models are ok, but without the data. 

What could be wrong?

Hi, 

I think you can go to check if the dataset refresh is processing successfully, you can go to the “Refresh history” of this dataset to get the refresh info by timestamp and get the error message if it’s failed:
