Created a duplicate table in Tabular Editor and tried to view in the PowerBI Web and Desktop

Created a duplicate table in Tabular Editor 3 and created a relationship (ie parent child). In PowerBI web refreshed the semantic model and seemed to work but upon trying to add more tables would give something went wrong error. In PowerBI desktop recieved the following error attempting to refresh the semantic model.
