We are experiencing issues when loading a Power BI report through a gateway. All visuals of the same report loads fine when opened in Power BI desktop. The visuals that doesn't load contain a date field. Without the date field, the report loads fine through gateway.
We have recently changed the gateway account to a different Pro account (in different domain). The report is also loaded with the same account configured in the gateway. Also the old Pro account was registered for USA , whereas the new one is registered for India.
Before changing the account, all visuals (including the ones with date column) of the same report were loading fine through the gateway.
Is this a known bug? How do we get the visuals load through gateway with the new account? Please suggest.
