Couldn't Publish to Power BI (Unknown Reason)

I keep getting a Couldn't Publish to Power BI error message for an unknown reason (PowerBINotAuthorizedException). 

I tried to publish from the service and still receive error below. I've tried renaming and publishing to a different workspace with no success.
