Couldn't Publish to Power BI - Underlying connection was lost

Since yesterday I have been unable to publish my reports.

For context, I think I have tried everything possible:

 - We are using Power BI Premium P1

 - I have uninstalled and reinstalled Power BI Desktop

 - I have Logged out and Logged back in Power BI Desktop

 - I tried publishing into my own personal workspace

 - I tried publishing through the service function

After all of those tries still nothing. It take around 1hr to publish through desktop (previously around 2-3mins) and when it does publish now i get the following error message.

PLEASE HELP!!!

Hi @akhatri ,

What is your data source? What is the connection model used? Can other data sources with different pbix files be uploaded properly?

Found a post with a similar question, hope you find it helpful.

Hi @akhatri ,

Based on the above information, if you are a Power BI Pro licensee, you can create a support ticket for free and a dedicated Microsoft engineer will come to solve the problem for you.

It would be great if you continue to share in this issue to help others with similar problems after you know the root cause or solution.
