Connexion to Mysql (Cloud OVH)

Good Morining, 

 

Please I am facing a problem with my database connection Mysql( cloud OVH), I want to refresh my data as always, but this time I have a message error in power BI desktop ==>  An error happened while reading data from the provider: 'One or more errors occurred.'

I have already installed the latest version of .net connector.

Can you Help me please to solve this problem.

Hi,

Have you try to update the ODBC connector to the new versions.

MySQL :: Download Connector/ODBC

 

Whether there is the detailed error message in refresh history or gateway settings when the connection failed, you can click 'Show details' in these panes to find it and copy the whole info into the case reply.
